Cleaners and Maintenance

Well I decided to take my Kids to Sun City the Cabanas Hotel as I normally go there for vacation. We arrived on the 28 November 2017 and checked in Tshepang was very nice and assisted us to check in. I had booked 2 rooms as I was travelling with my kids. I got to my room and went to check the other room 2329 I unlocked the sliding door and it fell off, Immediately I phoned reception to advise them of this. At this time it was raining and windy, 30 minutes later I called again and was told someone will come fix it, time is now 15:10 I call again as no one has been to my room to fix the sliding door, then I phoned for the 4th time only then the guy who picked up after I had advised him that its my 4th call and no assistance, he then said he will move me to another room at this time I'm dying of the chill as the sliding door is wide open leaning on the top wall.

On the 28th we got ready and went to have breakfast, as I walk out the cleaning ladies ask me when am I leaving like whaaaaat is it any of your business when I'm leaving, so anyway we come back from breakfast just after 09:00AM to find my room not cleaned mind you it was raining the day before. and yet when I left for breakfast they were already cleaning the next room to mine and my kids room was also not cleaned room 2303. So we leave and go to the Valley of waves come back just before 15:00 to find our rooms still not cleaned. Again I phone reception and ask them what time they clean rooms I was told in the mornings, then I tell the lady that my rooms have not been cleaned and what amazes me is that the cleaning ladies were cleaning the rooms next to ours but ours were not cleaned and the strange thing is that the pillows and the bed cover were removed so clearly someone was there and decided they will not clean the room. When the cleaning lady gets there she claims she thought we re busy in the room like duuuuuh how is that possible when she came in and removed the bed cover and pillows??????

I must say I was extremely dissapointed about this throughout my stay, if it was not for the kids I would have left the very next day. But I stayed for the sake of my kids who were at Sun City for the first time and this is after I had painted a perfect picture to them about Sun City for them to experience such nonsense. I must say the cleaning ladies have stinking attitude and they still disregard black guests as there was 3 black families on the ground floor my neighbours were both white people and I still asked my neighbours if their rooms were cleaned and they told me their rooms were cleaned when they went for breakfast. My questrion is why was our rooms not cleaned?????? for the whole day ???????
