Checking in is a nightmare

Got to Sun City and walked to check into the Cabanas.... Nobody could really help us or tell us what was going on. A lady called Whitney was kind enough to help us find our room.<br> The others really don't seem to care.<br> <br> Perhaps they need to have someone welcoming people in.<br> Despite calling and being assured of checking in early around 12h30 we found that there was no room available.<br> Occupied ourselves in the heat for another 2 hours before being allowed to check in.<br> <br> Also carried my bags to my room some distance away. To be fair there were porters but they were all busy when I needed to go to my room.<br> <br> After waiting a while I decided to hike to my room and back to the car twice to transfer all the luggage.
