Check in time not adhered to
I just called to ensure that my room is available at 2pm, as per sun international check in time, when Zinzi informed me their check in tim is 3pm. When I asked her where it specifies that check in time is at 3pm, as everywhere it indicates check in time is 2pm, she couldn't answer me. Why can't I check in at 2pm if that's what your website and all cards in the room says check in time 2pm?
