Cheated Out of my Jackpot

I have been a dedicated gambler since Time Square Casino opened it's doors. My favored machine is the R2x5 Tripple Nutty in the Sun Lounge. For the last month they have been tilted most of the time and I have brought this to their attention needless to say no one did anything about it. Last night was just the limit. The machine that I was playing went off line 3 times. The error said out of memory and that there was a problem with the hard drive. Twice they reset it but it was rolling slow and wobbled meaning you can not win anything. At one stage I counted 62 spins @ R10 = R620 and you would get R50 in return. The 3rd time my machine went off line the technician reset it and said that he hoped that it won't be messing around any further and that I should rather move to another machine. I then got up and went to the R5 x 9 Rooster Machine. Well guess what people that were hanging around in the Sun Lounge not playing got up went straight to my machine and wallah hit the Jackpot. Makes you wonder doesn't it. I went straight to the reception desk and handed in my Platinum Cards and I decided that if that is the way they look after their most valued guests that I would rather not go their anymore. The consultant at the help desk did offer to call the slots manager for me but I did not see what difference that would make because it was a little to late. It is just not worth the struggle trying to play with machines that are permanently tilted. I have spent more money than I would like to mention and you just don't get anything in return to make it an enjoyable outing.
