Chased from pillar to post without any answers

I am trying to resolve an ownership issue with Sun City Vacation Club whereby I have lost time due to the death of my wife. However the call centre is unable to help and point me to RCI - who cannot help, and point me to Sun City - who redirect me to RCI, who redirect..... <br> I have wasted hours (and Rands) trying to get an answer. Eventually a kind person at RCI gave me some manager's names and numbers at Sun City, but their phones are always \person not available".<br> Hugely frustrated just trying to find someone to speak to. Very unprofessional. """
