Charged at peak rates in out of season

Saturday 16 January 2016, I took my girlfriend to Sun City for the first time, where I had planned to propose to her. <br> The date was sentimental to us as it marked the day we met 5 years ago. I had done all the necessary research in terms of pricing as I am aware that everyone is still recovering from the silly season.<br> As stated on the website, peak season ended on 15 January 2016. I expected to pay the out of peak price when I arrived at The Valley of The Waves. When I arrived at the ticket office, there was another woman complaining about the same thing.<br> At the bottom of the stairway upon entrance of The Valley of The Waves, was a huge sign clearly stating the in peak and out of peak season prices. I compared this to the prices seen on the website. The staff behind the counter just said that the sign was incorrect and that there was nothing they could do. I find it strange that both the website and a printed banner are incorrectly published. If so, the sign should have been covered or removed to avoid further complaints.<br> I am extremely dissatisfied with the way they had handled my query. I was not the only person who had brought this to their attention, yet all they did was shrug
