Chalk and Cheese

I raised a complain on Hello Peter about an incidence at the Sun City SoHo Hotel.

The issue was picked up by Puroshini Naidoo who heard me out, understood my issue and undertook to solve it. She handed resolution over to Leanne Du Buisson who acted, followed up and was responsive every time I made contact.

The two experiences were like chalk and cheese. This revived my confidence in Sun International.
