Cascades sun city no service

Staying at the cascades in one of the suites, i went down to the restaurant and after 30min not even one of the 8 waiters even bothered to bring me a menue, went to mug and bean earlier that day, and after more than 30 min got a beef rap with lettice and dry beef, that seemed to be in the fridge for almost the same time, wont even talk about how the food i did get from roon service tasted, then tried to oder a coffee at the food court and they had none, treid at the restaurent above them, and they didnt have cups. So, seems to me like sun city is not even close to even 2 start place any more
