Cascades confirming they had 10 rooms avable

We tried booking in at the cascades but when phoning reservations we were told that there is no available accommodation. We then went on to phone the cascades directly and they told us they had 10 rooms free. They could not assist us with the booking as we wanted to use our mvg points to book. The redirected us to reservations again. Then all of a sudden the hotel had availability. Booking in at sun city is a mission and unpleasant. So much for being mvg card holders. The service from resevations has already shown us what suncitys attitude is towards its clients. Wil be there satersay and sunday hopefully the staff are more plesant face to face than wht ur resevation staff are.
