I stay in polokwane which is a far distance i therefore booked thursday night in sun city at the main hotel which was the 6th april 2017 which i was therefore to travel to carnival city on friday. I wanted to extend my stay on sunday aswell at carnival city when calling carnival city to extend i couldnt find my reservation number than they told me i have no bookings even after giving them id number name and mvg number. Eventually i managed to find my reservation number than they telling me i didnt book for saturday i booked for thursday which is impossble because i booked in sun city on thursday. I went to carnival city on the friday the 7th april 2017 and stayed there layed a complaint at the mvg desk and they saying cindy said saturday only if theres cancelations. I would never had traveled in the first place if she had told me in advance that she gave my booking for saturday to someone else. They made me wait the Saturday and didnt give me no bookings i had to travel back late Saturday night back to polokwane.I am very disappointed in carnival city and they service.I book alot with sun city and with sun city you always get first class service and would never encounter a problem like as with what happen to carnival city.I have emailed sun share on the 12 april 2017 but no reply </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
