Cant cater food in peak season but can charge the prices!

On the 3 January, myself and my family visited the Valley of the Waves. The overall experience was ruined by not being able to feed my family decent food on the day.

The Valley of the waves should be a world class resort that can cater for it's guests considering the amount of money one pay's to enter. After standing in a long ques to order food at The Food Factory, There is only cappy juice and Schweppes granidilla available to drink, and hardly any food. We were told we cant pr ordeer as the cashier needs to check what food is available in the kitchen. We had no option but to order burgers, and chips. The burgers was not freshly made upon order, and ice cold. Non the less we tried to eat the food. I then went to complain to the manager who apologised and said it was busy. It is shocking that such a big business is oblivious to when it is peak season and that sufficient stock should be ordered. We left the Valley of the Waves and ate else where.
