Cancellation of Booking "Refund not paid"

I booked Suncity Cabanas for Christmas however cancelled on the 14th December 2021 as per requirements for a full refund, to date Sun International has not refunded me. I called several times but they always have excuses regarding a delay. How can such a big company have such a LONG DELAY??? What is their turn around time? its really frustrating as when they ask for payment it gets done yet when its payback time they are terrible. I want my refund asap just wondering am i allowed to name and shame people who sitting with these queries and refunds? i think Sun International should up their game because a lot of people are becoming even more frustrated at the pathetic responses and *********** services.
