Can't have your cake or eat it.....

<p>Sun City Cabanas couldn't get it right TWICE!!!! Definition of hospitality - the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers". My husbands 50th, 30 October 2016 - the executive chef was ill, so my cake order which was made weeks in advance was not filled, the guest relations manager played the blame game and laughlingly said that they put a basket in the wrong room.... This week end i.e. 4-6 August 2017, we stupidly went to the cabanas again to celebrate my 8 year olds birthday, also ordering a cake weeks in advance, confirming with Dorah on Saturday that we would like the cake on Sunday morning at breakfast, only to have Claudia the executive chef presenting us with a cake whilst we were checking out, another blame game, some one had dropped the original cake????? WARNING - DON'T TRY CELEBRATING A SPECIAL OCCASION AT SUN CITY CABANAS - no-one there is willing to make the effort. PS - they also couldn't supply a bandaid for my wound......</p>
