Bru's at Carnival City - What a JOKE !

<p>Good Day</p> <p>Ive now tried all avenues to complain to Carnival City. But response is nowhere to be found.</p> <p>My friend and myself visit Carnival at least twice a week and have had dinner couple of times at Bru's Restaurant and their milkshakes are to die for ! Best ever.</p> <p>But everytime we go there the service just seem to get worse and worse.</p> <p>I complained about a month ago on twitter pages and Zomato. I recieved a call from the supervisor, John, who invited us back to experience an improvement on their service. We went back and recieved assistance immedieatley from a waitress called Sibongile. It was fantastic. The way you expect a Sun International restaurant to be. We were impressed. Yesterday, 13 March, we decided to go there agin for a late lunch and milkshakes. We walked in. No one ackowledged us. After 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter, with only one table there, i stood up and walked to the supervisor on duty and asked him if we expect service any time soon. He started calling waiters and then we had a lady with the name of Zanele assisting us. No smile, nothing. She came to the table with nothing and i asked her if we could please have menus. She then dissapeared for another 5 minutes and then brought us menus. She stood by the table and took our orders. I ordered a large cheese dog and a Coke and friend wanted a bunny chow, affter which she said sorry, there is no bread. He then just ordered a milkshake, which is normally their best item on the menu.</p> <p>The food came and they brought his milksahe which is now about 1/3 of the size of the usual ones we always ordered. I asked her that we ordered the R45 one, and she said this is now the R45 one. That's disgusting !!! He told her to take it back and he didnt want anything. We then had Sibongile coming to our table apologizing as well as a white guy that introduced himself as the guy that sits in the office. We explained to him how shocking the service is and that we will never ever visit Bru's ever again. He said sorry and didnt take our details or nothing. After we finished, we paid and left.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bru's must be closed down. How can a big successfull company like Sun International, have such an outlet part of them ? The service is shocking. We gave Bru's a second chance, to our biggest spite.</p> <p>I dont want free meals, and this is not the reason for my comlaining. I want the rest of the world to know that the service is shocking and be ready to wait at least 15 minutes just for waiter who treats you like **** and management that doesn't really care.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sad thing is that on Saturday morning, we visited Rosetta's at Emperors Palace for breakfast, and the service was astounding. </p> <p>We spend thousands at Carnival every month, playing the games and also supporting all your restaurants. I'll sure as hell rather support Emperors from now on as they treat their clientele with respect and the service is good. You always have attendants on the floor if you need assistance. At Carnival it's non existent and you wait forever for someone to call someone else on the two way radios. The boom gate going from the gold area back out is always broken. How safe is my car there then ??? There are just so many issues, and Carnival doesn't seem to care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cheers Carnival. Shocking Experiences in all aspects.</p>
