Break away and False promises!!

<p>My fiance and i thought we would get away for the weekend, one of our favroite spots wich is not far from JHB is Sun city the Cabanas. They are currently running a special "go all out" under the code SCMOMENTS.</p> <p>We booked there from Friday the19th to the 21st August. The perks of this special was you get a special rate as well as a dinner at the Sun terrace to the value of R200.00 each. When we checked in the resepctionist explained were we can redeem this dinner and we were delighted.</p> <p>When it came time to redeem this dinner we were pushed from one hotel to another and then when consulting with info nobody knew about the speacial at all. We then were told to go back to the Cabaanas and speak to the manager, wich we were informed we did not qulify for the dinner. Somehow we got the Rates for the SC Moments special (that noone knew about) but did not get the dinner. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the Sat Night we also experienced a horyfying noise at 2:30 in the morning by some students that were syating there and no security or management came to keep them quite!! They do have other paying guests there and need to be more considerate!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel it no use they upgrade their facilities if their service is so $#!T!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
