Boooking Dates Changed Suspiciously For Dec 2016
Every single month bookings open 11 months ahead however suspiciously for December 2016 which is the busiest time apparently bookings were open on 9 Dec 2015 which is not normal as they should open on 1 Jan 2016. The contact centre said an sms was sent out to this effect which seems very suspicious as no email or sms was received by myself.<br> <br> Please can you advise why this procedure of 11 months was suddenly changed to suit someone else.
