Booking of accommodation

My friend and i book a special for accommodation for mvg members which is R600 a night. On the special it does not specify what room type is on special. So this would automatically give a person a choice to chose the room type. We booked snd paid then we are given garden facing rooms yet we for asked seafacing rooms. I have sent 3 emails 1 to suninternational and 2 to wild coast but no response. We have paid our money for this and we deserve to get what wr asked for.
