Booking cancellation at Sibaya Hotel

I canceled my booking at the Sibaya Hotel and requested a refund on the 2nd of July. On the 9th of July, I was asked to complete and send a refund form as well as proof of my banking details. We are now in the middle of September and I still have not received my refund.

I have called and sent more than 10 emails, but have had no response.
