Blood everywhere and they do not care to help

<p>I booken into the Cascades hotel on the weekend of the 24 April 2016. My children had a shower and cut themselves without realising it. I went into the shower and also did not notice that the shower handle had been broken off and glass was sticking out (i have the pictures) I tried to open the shower door from the inside and my hand went into the glass piece. I was bleeding badly. When I went into the room I asked the hildren about the shower door which they did not pay much attention to but saw that they were also bleeding , I had my first aid kit and managed to sort them out. I called reception to report the door and told them about the incident (listen to your recordings if you have any) but was told that someone will come through and fix the door, they did not even bother to ask if we were ok or needed any help. I reported this in writing to the manager, Mr Shongwe who did not bother to respond and I then reported it ********** who also ignored the email. Sun City is clearly only their to take peoples money and are not a very caring organisation. People are only their to serve their profit and expand their pockets............so much for your bleeding guests</p>
