Big lack of communication..

I emailed them new / updated bank details on the 3rd of June - no debit went off at the end of june i than send an email on the 2nd of July querying and got no response. All of a sudden on the 19th Jult I get a mail saying unpaid debit orders I immediately responding attaching the previous mails and also requested the amount to pay via EFT still awaiting a response
