Beware of Sun International Vouchers.its worthless

I recently received a voucher for one night's stay at Table Bay hotel. <br> I contacted Loma van Niekerk to make a booking and Loma van Niekerk told me that the hotel was fully booked for my requested date. I then proposed an alternative date but Loma van Niekerk advised me that it was fully booked. I then went on the hotel's website and saw that the date in question was still available, but Loma van Niekerk then changed her story and advised me that the monday is a public holiday. I then told Loma van Niekerk the date I wanted to book (friday) was NOT a public holiday and that Loma van Niekerk should go ahead and make my booking an honour the request. I also told Loma van Niekerk that I will be making a complaint on hellopeter if Loma van Niekerk from Sun Internatinal does NOT honor its vouchers. Thus far they have simply ignored my request for service! People should really beware of this hotel group as they do NOT honor their own issued vouchers and it is NOT even worth the paper it is printed on. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
