Benefits to Members
I have been receiving offers for a complementary stay at SunCity for the past year. Ever time I try and book it there is never dates available, sometimes the minute I get the notice I try and book. Is this just a ploy to make us try to accumulate points to qualify for these peaks that you never get to enjoy, surly in 1 year I should of at least been able to secure 1 date the is acceptable.
Not very impressed and your call center agents seem uninterested in trying to help you find alternative dates.
No point being a member!!!
