<p>I certainly hope so! After trying for almost 2 hours to get through. I spoke to Vanessa, who then told me because I'm booking for December, I need to call central reservations on ********** 800. I've done that and have been told they only deal with complimentary offers. This is pathetic!! Why are you not wanting to accommodate me. This is pathetic. I am extremely disappointed, I am being sent from pillar to post!!</p>
