BAD SERVICE - NO FEEDBACK RECIEVED

Unhappy with Sun City main hotel service (after service). I visited Sun City regularly, and it is probably my 15th time that I took my family to Sun City for a vacation. Last year I stayed at the palace - this year I couldn't get place at the Palace or Cascades for my dates, we decided to stay at the Main Hotel, and to say the least I'm really disappointed this time. After we came back from a game drive. I took my family to Legends,when we left I forgot my Guess jacket at Legends. The next morning we had to leave early and we asked the manager to please contact Legends about this jacket (We waited +- an hour) I told the manager that we must leave and that she must contact me if she got in touch with Legend. The Sun city manager promised me to contact me before the end of the day, by yesterday the hotel manager still didn't contact me. I contact them again and left the manager a message, last night she contact me and promise me that she will get back to me before she went of duty to give feedback. I'm only staying in a 4 and 5 star Hotel for a reason, and after spending thousands of rands at the sun city resort, I am very disappointed in the way I ended my vacation!
