Bad service from Sun International Restaurants (Tasto Buffet Restaurant in Pretoria East)

I'm honestly disappointed in the bad service I got from the consultants/front desk personnel. I called 7 times to make a reservation at Tatso Buffet Restaurant in Pretoria East which is in Time Square. The consultants kept on taking my cellphone and promised to get back to me and which they never did and other two consulted claimed to have made the reservation while they did not even ask which date am I making the reservation for, the time and for how many people. Till now I have not been assisted. One of the consultant was having a conversation with a colleague/friend and laughing while speaking to me, this consultant claimed to be a manager when I asked to speak to the manager. I am very unhappy about the manner in which they treat their clients.
