BAD SERVICE

This complaint is directed at Sunbet which is part and parcel of Sun International.

My husband won a prize on facebook. One of the prizes was a R1 000 SunBet Voucher. Redeemable within three months of winning the prize. He had to contact a Murangi at SunBet who in turn would load the account with his prize.

To date, we have not received this prize after emailing Murangi three times. My husband also emailed the agency which handled the prize. He has not heard from them either.

The prize expires in two days time.

This is not the service we would like to receive from a company associated with Sun International.
