Bad Service

I submitted my refund documents requesting a refund for my trip to Sun City self catering unit. 14 days later I received no response. This was the turnaround time stated on the refund form. today is day 23 and I still have not received feedback or my refund. When I try to call I get no answer. I sent an email and no response there either.
