Bad Service at Sun City Security

We visited Sun City the valley of the waves on 01-01-2016, We parked the car at the parking and the bus took us to the valley of the waves, when we returned at about 16H45, I was unlocking my Toyota's door and the slot felt out, finally after struggling I went to the passengers door and unlock it there, to find out the door can't open, some one bumped the car , we bent the fender a Little bit and the doore opened. We went to the security at the main entrance, we spoke to someone from Fidelity, they phoned (I'm presuming) its the head of security, a guy came with a golf car. We explained what happened, and he said, : There's nothing he can do about it, there is no cameras at the parking area. I am really disappointed in Sun City, meaning your car is totally unsafe in the parking area, why do you pay R60 for the car and driver than? Even when you go out to the exit, the boom is always open, so any one can go in and ***** your car, the won't even notice... The don't even bother to take your slip at the exit!and the head of security did not even took my number if ever they found out who bump my car, they can phone me, now they don't even have my number. Very disappointed!
