BAD SERVICE AND ROOM NOT WORTH PRICE PAID!

We spent 2 days at Sun City. One night at the Lost City and the second at the Sun City Hotel for my daughters birthday. Upon arrival service from reception and porter was good. We could not sleep as our aircon was not functional at all and we could not breath. To try and fall asleet and cool down, we wet towles and SLEPT on them for some relief but not much! Receptionists at night not too sympathetic (I found out at check-out that fans were available if needed but not offered to me!!). They were going to call maintenance but still waiting for them to arrive (am back home though)! Porter at check out (name unknown) took no care of our luggage.Loaded the trolley and rammed it into the caretakers trolley down the passage to get through. Bags were falling off. He was hasty and took no care in putting them back on again properly. At the lift, he pushed his way into a full lift and was happy to leave the 4 of us behind! My husband insisted he go with as we had valuable items and everyone had to squeeze for him to get in too! Breakfast however was good value for money. Certain staff need training .. a smile and willingness to assist would have been nice! Not worth R3200 for the night!
