Bad service

<p>I was booked at the Cascades and it turned out to be the worst service experience. The reception doesn't answer tge phone, room service doesn't answer the phone and the guest relations manager can't be reached. We ordered room service twice and both times we were disappointed. The 1st night our food was delivered later than the time given and the second night they didn't even bother to deliver our food. We went to bed hungry because every number we called did not receive an answer. Your service is disappointing for the amount of money you charge your guests. You should be ashamed that you have all those numbers just for show!</p>
