bad service
<p>we checked in on 11 Aug, the queue time was 30 minutes after we were assisted by a very unfriendly lady at reception. the porter did not even greet us. The staff at the breakfast area very unfriendly. Service is just too pathetic everywhere we went after paying more than R7000 for a weekend. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
