Bad management

Hi my name is Mr A Patel. I've got a complaint against Riverside ****tail bar. A few months ago we went out on a Saturday to have fun in the sun my daughter used one of their paddle boats somehow she got stuck in the current the lifeguard was just standing around while a guy was running around and trying to find someone to help her, he managed to get one of the boat drivers to help, when I tried to complain two management about the lifeguard management was never there I went back a couple of times but management was constantly in the road. A week or so ago I went back there to have a fresh nice ****tail drink while sitting at the bar the bartender ( SK ) sat on his ****** phone the more I'm trying to talk to the guy the more he ignores me adventurely he turned around and said can you please wait I'm on a private call. That was not acceptable. Once again I tried to talk to management but every time she was out, so I had to change my tactics and tried to get hold of her at night that was just a total loss, every time I got there she was there but she was under the influence of alcohol ( very drunk ) and wasn’t even able to assist, that is poor management. I will definitely not go back to the Wild Coast sun casino. River side ****tail bar.
