Bad Managaments

I have been coming to Sun City Vacation Club for the last eight years and have just renewed my membership, to my detriment. Had I know that Sun International no longer takes care of their establishments, I would never have renewed and actually would like the whole transaction to be cancelled. I requested a unit for the last couple of years and never had a problem. This time I got unit 409, which is dreadful, to say the least. The unit was not ready until 15:30, booking in time is 14:00. It was not cleaned properly, I did not have an inventory form, nor a bucket or floor cloth in the unit. I also did not have bath sheets, only bath towels. I raised the issue with house keeping and am still waiting for an inventory form. The toilet had blood on it that I had to clean off with wet wipes and handy-andy. The DVD player did not work. The sliding door did not open or close easily, only my husband could manage to close it with force. There were all sorts of ******* under the sofas. No bin liners in the bathroom bins. I am so disappointed with the state of the busses. They were cracking and creaking, I felt very unsafe, on top of that the busses were Filthy!! I don't know what the heck is going on with the Management!! there are three bins for recycling at the bus stop, but the collection guy just collects all the separate things, and puts it in one bag. How is that productive recycling. Sun City is not a cheap holiday and I feel extremely upset to have experienced this as it was one of our favourite places to go, and now I am left in dismay.
