Bad Food and Service

We decided to try out Harvest Grill and Wine at Carnival City as it is an establishment inside a Sun International casino we expected the quality and standard of the food served at this restaurant to be of a high standard, but we only got disappointed. <br> As this is a grill house naturally we ordered steak and veggies for our mains. I ordered my steak Medium and after about 30minutes wait -restaurant not busy- we received our food. My steak completely well done. The waiter immediately took it back no fault of the waiter, apologised for the chef and said will bring me a new steak, 20minutes later gave me a steak more rare then medium rare. For a grill house I think this is unacceptable.<br> On the menu they had mature steak, according to my knowledge a mature steak needs to be aged for about 21 days, but the other steak was over whelmed with lemon juice, can only guess they marinated the steak in lemon juice to give it the impression that it is mature, again for a grill house unacceptable. <br> All over Carnival City, Harvest Grill and Wine had banners and adverti*****ts on claiming to be serving the best steak in town, this is a joke and false advertising. <br> <br> Awaiting your feed back.<br>
