Bad experience at suncity

My husdand and I stayed at the cabanas on the 29th 30th April with some family. We normally stay at the hotel but couldnt get accommodation this time. It was the worse experience at suncity. 1. We had cold water showers all weekend which made us sick. 2. The service at your resturants where horrifying. 3. We booked at the raj for saturday night. We arrive and the deney us our booking. They said we did not book. They didnt give us a table and we had no apology. 4. We then waiting 30min for a bus to oceanbasket. We tried calling oceanbasket but the number on the suncity pamplet was incorrect. We then waiting 20min for a table. Our food took an hour to arrive. I orderd prawn calerfonia roll with tempara prawn. They cut up 2 prawns into 8 pierces and placed them on each roll. It was suppose to be 1 prawn on each roll. I sent it back and then waited 25min for the manager to bring back the food, only for it to be worse. It looked as though they just rebattered the prawn. The table had finished their food and it was freezing so I had to get a take away. The prawn rolls tasted like cucumber rolls. I had vomiting and diahriaa the next day. We again waiting 20min in the cold for a bus to take us back. 5. Next morning at mug n bean we had to wait 25min only to receive the wrong order. Waited again and got no drinks. 6. Tried the machine for coffees at the casino and it did not work. I bought my husband for his birthday and turned out to be a stressful horriblr weekend. I would not recommend suncity to anyone.
