Bad customer service

I visited sun 1 Southgate on the woman's day with my wife just for fresh air since it was woman's day only to find a huge hurtful moment in my life as was booked in a room and while me and wife were busy making love then another couple stepped in my located room and found me and my wife all naked and that on its own self that is a sign of disrespect from your staff and my wife was so humiliated, embarrassed to her lowest point in her life to be seen by another man naked besides me and belittled in every way possible so I'm not gonna come to any sun international ever.My wife felt so emotionally abused by the type of service from your receptionist that doesn't focus in her job to see what rooms are already taken and witch once are available so that on its own it means that our life's as customers are not safe at all.
