Bad customer service

Went there on the 17/11 to celebrate my birthday with my family and I was very excited. When we were at their front dest all waiters who were there just look at us as if they were at the wrong place no greeting nothing until I asked if they going to offer us any service.. A tall lady by the name of Ayanda wearing red dirty shoes jump into me asking if I have a prblm, I was very shocked n disappointed with her rude and no classy behavior,she never stops she continued acting like a street **** staring. Place n the food is good bt service is low class.
