Bad communications

Bad gate experiance on lady at gate 5 visitor entrance.

My wife phones in the week to ask about entrance with silver card as it states you can access at the gate for free and the lady said we can enter. We drove 180km just to find out it is not the case had to pay 150parking and not to go and enjoy inside 185 each at waves. Terrible bad service from people from sun city
