Bad business dealing and poor service

I bought a R250 it was two amonts on the slip 1 of R100 went through and the second one of R150 did not went through

Have been struggling to get refunded please people know are not honest don't want to refund me my money is alllmoust two and half weeks calling them they don't even bother to update or call me
