Bad Attitude off Staff at Wild Coast Sun

The Reception Desk staff attitude are of a very hostile nature. We visited Wild Coast Sun over the New Year Weekend 2016. Staff attire was bad, not presentable and welcoming. We had previous good experience but it appears they hired staff off the streets without training and customer care experience. Their language need moderation.
