Awful Experience at Soho Hotel

My husband stayed at the Soho Hotel from 17 April to 20 April 2018.He advised the manager that he has special food requirements since he had major surgery 2 months ago. For the entire stay only 1 special meal was prepared for him the rest of the time he had to live on jungle oats and such. Also the bathroom was not cleaned every day, no fresh towels. The shower drain was blocked and the extractor fan didn't work. This was reported at reception however nothing was done about this. The general condition of the hotel and room were not 4 Star at all. Carpets were dirty and torn and in general not a clean hotel. We were going to go to The Palace in July for my husbands 50th birthday however after this awful experience I don't think we will ever return to Sun City.
