Awful Experience

I decided to celebrate my 1st anniversary with my lady by having dinner at the Calabash. We waited for some time for a waitron to take our drinks order and explain the buffet and the process but not a single waitron bother to stop by our table.Once we got to the buffet, we were surprised by the fact that we paid R265 per head for the poor selection and minimal variety of food available on the buffet. We finished our first and second course and still no1 had stopped to check on us or take our drinks orders. What I observed was that your waitrons not only stood around and chatted to other waitrons but only served the tables where \foreigner\", \"black\" and the \"white\" families / couples sat. This restaurant is clearly ****** coupled with the below average, fatty, poor quality dishes on the buffet, the disgusting and appalling service and left feeling sick.I then requested a refund and then the chef on duty came to chat but kept deflecting away from my situation but eventually it was agreed that I will get a full refund. Even after that, we were not even offered a glass of water! i was reassured that i will get a refund, but 14 days later i am yet to receive a response. "
