Awesome attitude from staff make visit a pleasure

I took my family to see the Tutankhamen exhibition at Grand West today. I phoned prior and asked about hiring a wheelchair for my mother. The lady at security was extremely informative and polite on the phone. On arrival this morning they were efficient in organising the wheelchair and everywhere we went with my mom in the wheelchair the staff were extremely helpful and professional, even anticipating what we would need before we knew we would. Thank you for making our visit an awesome one.
