Awaiting cancelation deposit from Sun International after 6 days.

I canceled my reservation at Suncity Cabanas on the 7th December 2021. I was told by one of the Sun International call center employees that the Deposit refund is automatically reversed by the system 24 to 48 hours. 6 days later and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company and was just referred to the payments department.
