Avengers endgame faulty machine and/or *********** operators

Ok me and 4 of my friends went for the premiere of avengers endgame and the movie kept cutting like every 30 minutes or so and they had to keep taking breaks of 5 to 10 minutes to rewind or to fast forward the movie to the right place and it kept cutting on crucial scenes and kinda ruined the hype of the scenes I can honestly say as a die hard marvel fan that this ruined my experience and for my friends too as soon made the suggestion that we all go to Silverstar to watch endgame my one friend traveled all the way from Lenasia the experience this with me and it was ruined by *********** operators and/or faulty machinery we paid the full price for these tickets and I was one of the first people to book this movie so honestly I feel like I’ve been ****** of a great experience and I feel like I would’ve enjoyed the movie more without the constant interruptions it was really frustrating and honestly would like to be refunded or at least have a second chance in seeing this movie without interruptions and I’m a loyal customer this really ****** me of a great experience
