Attitude from staff

I stayed at the suncity Cabanas over the weekend and experienced the worst customer service ever. Not one of the staff members were friendly. They all have attitudes and think they doing you a favour, when in actual fact, if it wasn't for us 'guests', they would not even be employed. One of the staff members when to such an extent by saying to me, that my problem is not his. Most *********** and disappointing behaviour, definitely not what I expected.
