Appreciation for Boitumelo Masipa

Just wanted to acknowledge and appreciate the service from Boitumelo Masipa from central reservation. I make a booking on the 15th October 2022 on the online system and paid for the reservation but the system showed "payment rejected" even though money was deducted from the account. She swiftly assisted in getting my reservation confirmed. Keep up the amazing work
