Appalling service - The Wildcoast Sun hotel

Where do I even begin ....from the check in I was met by a rude and lazy lady who refused to check me in ...I proceeded to another lady who gladly assisted me. I was given a room which had no bath towels or a tv remote, it gets worse , reception hardly ever answers the phone. The staff here are on a paid holiday and we as patrons are a bother to them. As for panarottis not so express , please do yourselves a favor and close that useless restaurant down. Ordered one thing and got something else, paid for room service but food was sent to me with no cutlery. Guests need to get their own ice??? Chicos has no social distancing, also you feel like a prisoner waiting to get served your food, ques for hot foods,another for juice, another for hot beverages ,another for pancakes. People are looking for an escape, not this torture!
