Appalling Service

It is absolutely appalling that we get called “MVG” patrons! I have been trying to contact Technical Assistance as well as Customer Care with over a dozen calls all of which I was on hold in excess of five minutes and not once was a single call answered! Are you lot paying my mobile bill? I’ve even sent e mail and had no response! What is going on here?
