Appalling Experience never to be repeated!!

Absolutely appalling experience! I cannot believe I wasted money here! The cinema's are filthy! Staff allow patrons to sit and eat food in the cinema, allow the use of cellphone's to record what is on the screen, the seats were filthy and wet not to mention that you stick to the floor! We were in the queue to get popcorn for over an hour and we weren't even close to the front. We had to leave otherwise we would miss the movie. The kids behind us kept kicking our chairs and when we complained the usher said we must sit down or leave!
